The Good News is that IRS Code Section 1031 allows you to sell your property now and Defer Your Taxes by following the IRS approved procedures for selling your current property and replacing that Real Estate with a new piece of Investment Real Estate.
 
To Qualify For this Tax Advantage the value of the new property must equal or exceed the net proceeds of the property sold and any existing debt must be replaced to defer the current taxes.
