The Khoshbin Company was founded by Manny Khoshbin. Mr. Khoshbin came to the U.S. along with his parents in 1984, as immigrants. He arrived here at age 14 with no money.  He began his first business in 1989.
                  In 1991 he took courses in Real Estate and obtained his R.E. License in 1992. He saw opportunity in Real Estate Finance and opened a mortgage company.
                  In 1996 he purchased his first home at age 25 for $ 142,000 (a foreclosure sale). He then sold the property for $ 228,000 in 1998. In 1999 he purchased his first Commercial Strip Center for $ 660,000 (another distressed sale).
                  In 2000 he made an offer on a commercial building in Santa Ana which was an R.E.O. ( bank owned ). The property was a 10,000 sq ft of building on 30,000 sq ft of land, along a very busy popular street.   He purchased it for $ 875,000  and with some minor improvements he sold it in 2002 for $1.6 million.

                    Were all of these distressed market sales? You guessed right. Mr. Khoshbin does not buy any properties unless he believes they are selling at a discount. 
                  By the end of 2004, his holdings had grown to more than $ 25 million in Real Estate. This included more than 1,000,000 sq ft of commercial office space.  In the last 24 months, (Mid 2004 to Mid 2006) The Khoshbin Company surpasses 2,000,000 square feet of commercial  office space and has had more than 38 transaction, totaling $295,000,000.  
                  After many inquiries from friends and relatives wanting to be partners in these outstanding opportunities, Manny has decided the best way to help people is to start his own Real Estate Fund. Following the plans, strategies and goals of his own personal investing, Manny Khoshbin has now opened a Real Estate Investment Fund Limited Partnership. The Fund is open to experienced and knowledgeable investors looking to take advantage of the growth potential of Mr. Khoshbin's strategies.
